Acting Academy at Ida

A place where imaginations can run wild, and self-confidence is promoted, Acting Academy is an after-school program that fosters an environment where students are welcome to express themselves while learning about the world of theatre! Acting Academy strives to create a safe space for students to explore and expand their minds in a personal and professional manner while learning skills to use in and outside of the classroom. This program culminates in June with a showcase performance on the MainStage at Capital Repertory Theatre.

  • Acting
  • Improv
  • Theatre terminology
  • Voice expression and tone
